Each User may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether in the same name, same payment details or identified through any other means — may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals, at the Operator's sole discretion.
Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout their use of the Platform. The provision of false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, Users must complete the registration process by providing required personal information, creating login credentials and accepting these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
The Operator applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations. Users may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals or certain Platform features are enabled. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds, where a market has been suspended, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Bets accepted in error — including where manifestly incorrect odds are displayed — may be voided.
Cricket betting markets including PSL (Pakistan Super League), T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and Test matches are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the help centre. In circumstances where a match is abandoned, weather-affected or subject to official result revision (including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculation adjustments), the relevant sport-specific rules apply. Bets are settled according to official results declared by the relevant governing body.
In-play betting markets operate in real-time and odds are subject to continuous revision. The Operator shall not be liable for any delay in odds transmission or technical interruption that results in a bet being accepted at an outdated price. Users accept all risks associated with live betting mechanics.
Accumulator bets (also referred to as parlays) require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If a selection is voided, it will typically be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator returns at adjusted odds. Specific rules may vary by sport and are detailed in applicable help-centre documentation.
Deposits are processed per the payment methods available on the Platform at time of transaction. The Operator does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method. Where account balances and transactions are denominated in PKR, the amounts displayed represent the value in Pakistani Rupees. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In no event shall the Operator's total liability to any User for all claims arising from use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve-month period preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Operator's licencing jurisdiction.

Where amendments are material, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users through the Platform's notification systems. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.
The Operator may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a material breach of these Terms. Users may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to the Platform's support team.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, the following provisions of these Terms shall survive: Section 11 (Intellectual Property), Section 12 (Limitation of Liability), Section 13 (Jurisdiction), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
Where an account is closed at the User's request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining verified balance in the account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of any required KYC documentation.
